Mark Pelofsky, MBA

At Voluble, Mark manages projects, working with the client and consulting team, and oversees the production of analysis and reports for use in litigation. His expertise and experience include marketing, competition, innovation, intellectual property, service industries, and finance.

Mark earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and has worked as a management consultant for over 25 years. He has worked in litigation support and expert witness testimony for over half of that time. Mark has provided top expert witnesses assistance in their analysis and testimony in complex commercial litigation cases.  Prior to becoming a full-time consultant, Mark worked in Washington as the lead in the “Reinventing Government” initiative for the US Department of Labor.
