Erich Schaeffer

Erich oversees data analysis to support conclusions in expert’s affirmative or rebuttal reports, builds analytical and economic models, writes briefs for use in expert reports, and prepares experts for deposition and trial. Erich possesses a combination of litigation and software experience that allows him to carry out analyses thoroughly and efficiently and turn the results of those analyses into stand-alone reports or other material that can be used by expert witnesses to support their conclusions. His work experience includes projects in marketing, intellectual property, and false advertising. Erich has also worked with expert witnesses in high profile cases involving trademark and trade dress protection, media valuation, and theft of trade secrets. On Voluble cases he constructs and analyzes large data sets for use in litigation. He holds a Bachelor and Master of Philosophy from Queen’s University.
