Abby Pfeiffer

Abby manages and leads projects, focusing on written reports that explain complex topics effectively and provide robust evidence for the highest degree of scrutiny. She has led projects across a range of legal areas including intellectual property disputes, defamation, and false advertising, among others. She oversees projects through the full lifecycle of commercial litigation from the initial scoping through the rebuttal process and preparation for deposition and trial. Her background in economics, legislation, and public policy analysis provides extensive experience working with a wide array of data sources and complex data analysis. Abby holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Bard College and Master of Public Affairs from the University of Texas.
